The B Site is the ideal setting for social and corporate gatherings.  Whether your group is fundraising, hosting a birthday party, fundraising event, dinner party, or a casual cocktail hour, guests will look forward to celebrating in our unique, historic location.

Pricing

 

 

Weekday Rate:

  • Monday-Thursday:  $185.00 / hour (3hr minimum) 

  • Additional Time:  $185.00 / hour 

 

Weekend Rate:

  • Friday – Sunday: 

  • 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (Day) - $1,350.00

  • 6:00 pm - 12:00 am (Evening) - $1,350.00

  • 9:00 am - 12:00 am (All Day) - $2,000.00

Holiday Rate: 

​

  • 9:00 am - 12:00 am - $2,500.00
